Observance of our rules and regulations for all guests will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.



REGISTRATION & RENT
Rent must be paid in advance. We accept cash or personal checks with proper ID, debit or credit cards. No tents allowed.

VISITORS

Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with park rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to inform them of such. Any visitor who does not
follow these rules and regulations will be asked to vacate the premises.

AT YOUR SITE
Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. All trash should be bagged and put in trash can at site. All sewer lines must be free from leaks. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your site. We do not allow clotheslines and please do not wash vehicles or RV with a hose. Oil changes and other such types of vehicle maintenance are not allowed but other minor fixes may be. Check with the office before performing any vehicle maintenance or repair. If there are any problems or damages at your site
please inform us immediately.



BE CONSIDERATE

No loud music. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Attend to children at all times and do not let them wander around other people’s sites without their permission.

PETS
Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and other aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. Pets must be on a hand held leash any time they are outside. Do
not chain your pet outside or leave it unattended inside, especially if it can be disruptive to your neighbors. If you must leave your pet inside your trailer, please notify the office and leave a phone number where you can be contacted in case of a power outage or other emergency.

DRIVING AND PARKING
A two car maximum is allowed per site. Observe a safe speed and watch for children and pets. Drive on the roads only. Park in your own area
or assigned spot. Do not park in open spaces without prior office approval. Do not park or drive through the grass or where the grass is supposed to be.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Absolutely no use of fire arms. explosives, drugs, or fireworks is allowed in the park.
 No tent camping allowed. 
No clothes lines.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Valuable objects should be stored away. We are not responsible for personal property. The following rules and regulation may be changed at anytime without prior notice.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES
We reserve the right to refuse to accept further rent from any person who fails to comply with these rules and regulations and may request that their space be vacated immediately. There will be no refunds.
