Rent must be paid in advance. We accept cash or personal checks with proper ID, debit or credit cards. No tents allowed.<\/p>\n
Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with park rules and\u00a0regulations. It is your responsibility to inform them of such. Any visitor who does not\u2028follow these rules and regulations will be asked to vacate the premises.<\/p>\n
Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. All trash should be bagged and put in trash can at site. All sewer lines must be free from leaks. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your site. We do not allow clotheslines and please do not wash vehicles or RV with a hose. Oil changes and other such types of vehicle maintenance are not allowed but other minor fixes may be. Check with the office before performing any vehicle maintenance or repair. If there are any problems or damages at your site\u2028please inform us immediately.<\/p>\n
No loud music. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Attend to children at all times and do not let them wander around other people\u2019s sites without their permission.<\/p>\n
Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and other aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. Pets must be on a hand held leash any time they are outside. Do\u2028not chain your pet outside or leave it unattended inside, especially if it can be disruptive to your neighbors. If you must leave your pet inside your trailer, please notify the office and leave a phone number where you can be contacted in case of a power outage or other emergency.<\/p>\n
A two car maximum is allowed per site. Observe a safe speed and\u00a0watch for\u00a0children and pets. Drive on the roads only. Park in your own area\u2028or assigned spot. Do not park in open spaces without prior office approval. Do not park or drive through the grass or where the grass is supposed to be.<\/p>\n
Absolutely no use of fire arms. explosives, drugs, or fireworks is allowed in the park.\u2028 No tent camping allowed. \u2028No clothes lines.<\/p>\n
Valuable objects should be stored away. We are not responsible for\u00a0personal property. The following rules and regulation may be changed at\u00a0anytime\u00a0without prior notice.<\/p>\n
We reserve the right to refuse to accept further rent from any person who fails to comply with these rules and regulations and may request that their space be vacated immediately. There will be no refunds.<\/p>\n
